When our best intentions and dreams constantly fail to manifest we have to accept the fact that we unknowingly have placed limits on ourselves. As mentioned in the Mindful Goals post we tend to self-sabotage if we don’t have a healthy dose of self worth.  Dr. Martin Hart and Skye Alexander (The best Meditations on the Planet) say that whilst “self-esteem is an earned appreciation of yourself, a result of your actions and accomplishments, self-worth is an ownership of your inherent value.  It is your birthright.  It is a constant. It can neither be added to nor taken away.  You don’t have to earn it.  All you have to do is claim it.  When you do, no dream, vision or future will be beyond your grasp and no joy beyond your experience.”

Claiming our inherent value is probably the most important thing we can accomplish in our lives. It is also one of the hardest. Most of our self imposed limits (beliefs we are unaware of) and self destructive patterns of behaviour are deeply buried in the subconscious mind. It really doesn’t matter how we got them but we all do have them in varying degrees.  Meditation helps you to uncover the mysteries of the subconscious mind as do some therapies such as MEM and Australian Bush Flower Essences.

Clinical research by Ian White the founder of Australian Bush Flower essences reveals that 95% of his cases show that the Australian Bush Flower Essence Five Corners clears the sabotage pattern that unworthiness brings.

Five Corners featured above helps engender a deeper appreciation of self on all levels. It increases self love and vitality.  Apathy is born out of lack of self worth.  Deep down if we don’t feel worthy, then why bother?  I have found that Five Corners brings more enthusiasm and joy to life. Take Five Corners for two weeks and then whenever you feel necessary. Five Corners is available at www.ausflowers.com.au/products

I believe a combination of mindfulness, which takes our attention away from self, mindful goals which build self-esteem, meditation and Five Corners lay the foundations for claiming our birthright – self-worth!

If you are really serious about your happiness and improving the quality of your life start applying some or all of the above because you’re worth it!
